Kurt Vanbis’ blood. Of course you, much like Kluub, would not know that it was Kurt Vanbis’ blood, only that it was the blood of whichever unlucky sod took the IGC from the crash site. This was all Kluub knew, that whoever took the briefcase was inside the loud and sticky cesspool that was the Kwikbena Cantina. This was all Kluub needed to know. He walked up to the entrance, and the behemoth guarding it. QiiMok moved to block his path, but before he could even block the door, Kluub drew his laser sword, and ignited it. The energy surged and pure power crackled red from the hilt. Kluub cleaved QiiMok’s front two legs off, dropping him on his face. He then raised the sword above his head and sliced QiiMok’s head clean off. A patron noticed, that’s when things sort of broke down. Aliens were running everywhere, trying to escape the red madman who had just slain their beloved bouncer. Kluub drew a blaster and began firing into the cantina, moving and swinging his energy blade as he went, his nose guiding him towards the blood of Kurt Vanbis. It was then that a Keptarian Kluub wouldn’t know to be TriPhee popped up from behind the bar and fired at Kluub with a plasma shotgun. The shot caught Kluub on the left shoulder, causing him to drop his energy sword. He angrily reared up and fired back as TriPhee jumped down back behind the bar. “Kurt! Could use a little help!” Hollard TriPhee as she fired another round in Kluub’s direction. It was then that Kurt’s Shwayze Slap reached its peak and popped. “OoooooEEEEE!!” Shouted Kurt, as every endorphin in his body was activated and every sense of his was overloaded. The whites of his eyes turned purple before they were red before they turned green before they were a swirling combination of those and others. He swung around to face the bar’s assailant as a blaster shot whizzed past his head. The colors were moving, and the shapes were shifting, Things that Kurt believed should appear in focus to him were out of focus, and that which he thought he had no business seeing appeared clear as day. Time slowed down as it sped up, and the ground moved as it came to a stop. It took all of Kurt’s adrenaline to keep him from giving in fully to the Slap, and for him to finally respond to the situation around him. He didn’t remember when it had happened, but suddenly he was standing, and then before he knew it he had his right hand outstretched in front of him as he returned fire with his blaster pistol. The laser blasts screamed as they flew from Kurt’s blaster. Their shouts of horror as they were ripped from the gun and launched towards the red man would haunt Kurt for the extent of his Slap. The rest of the bar had mostly melted away, but Captain came out of the mist, also returning fire at the demon.
