Almost immediately Bobby is caught by the three boys. One of them snatches the bat out of his hand. Bully #1 turns Bobby around, resting his hand on Bobby’s shoulder. BULLY #1 Not so fast, Bobby boy. Bully #1 punches Bobby in the face. Bobby immediately falls to the ground. The other bullies kick him while he’s on the ground. BULLY #1 (CONT’D) Hey... wait up a second. Give it a rest. The other bullies look around, confused. BULLY #2 What do you mean give it a rest? BULLY #1 Let me see that thing. Pointing to the bat... BULLY #1 (CONT’D) Yeah the bat. C’mon hand it over. Bully #3 reluctantly hands the bat over, as #1 snatches it out of his hand. #3 and #2 step away... Bully #1 spits off the side.
