sketches are required to quickly find working ideas. A visual attraction can be anything that catches the eye. Once a couple working compositions are found the important items can begin to be placed and designed within the background. This is a very important step as it is the proof and evidence that a composition will work as intended. When finished I look at my selections of rough sketches to determine the next procedure and which idea I will take to a final render. Once the final is chosen it must accurately portray the initial story and idea of the project; after all that was the original goal. The render is usually the final stage of the project, and while the amount of renders can vary depending on the size of the project, this project will be a single image. For this image based around a modified car stuck in the desert I will work in a digital medium, but the same process can be used with any other medium the thumbnail sketch, base sketch and render can be completed in any medium wanted - as long as it communicates the idea well.

Now for the third read, the final step. I will go into depth on what it means and how it will drastically change the look of a finished piece. The first step is to figure out what the initial objective of the piece was: do you want a
