Elementary Spirit Day

{ GRANDPARENTS AND SPECIAL FRIENDS DAY: 1 Wildwood welcomed more than 400 grandparents and special friends for a joyful morning of connection and celebration at the elementary campus. . { INTO THE WILD: 2 Eighth graders embarked on journeys as animators, photographers, writers, builders, entrepreneurs, cooks, scientists, during their Into the Wild project—a yearlong independent student-driven exploration of a topic of personal interest. { GARDENPALOOZA: 3 Wildwood’s greenest party of the year, themed “Recycling Rocks!” brought together more than 400 of our K-12 community and incoming families for an afternoon of live music from our student bands, food trucks, photo booth, rock climbing wall, wind tunnel, a sing along with the middle and upper school cast of The Sound of Music, and tons of eco-friendly crafts. { MULTICULTURAL FAMILY STORY NIGHT: 4 Families celebrated the diversity that lives at

Wildwood by sharing their own stories, traditions, and memories that make each family unique. { MIDDLE SCHOOL MULTICULTURAL HUMANITIES PROJECT: 5 Middle schoolers present a multimedia, interactive exploration of the history, culture, art, and flavors of many countries. { CULMINATION: 6 Fifth grade culmination honored students’ achievements and celebrated the adventures that await them. 7 Fifth graders were honored with the traditional gifts of song from their parents and fellow classmates. { SPIRIT WEEK: 8 Spirit Week kicked off with the first annual Winter Sports Fest, where the Wildwood Wolves competed in soccer and basketball against their local rival New Roads, and the community enjoyed food trucks, half-time contests, giveaways, and more! { ELEMENTARY SPIRIT DAY: 9 Students dressed in blue, white, and silver showed their school spirit at the annual All School Meeting Spirit Pep Rally.
