ASHER KAPLAN ‘20 Asher is currently studying at Chapman University’s Dodge film school. Asher recently completed his latest short film Liminal and is working on his next piece. He joined a band called Coyote Pond; their EP is being released soon.

MAX SPITZ ‘17 Max recently graduated from the University of California, Davis with a bachelor’s in arts (Communication) and science (Managerial Economics). He is now back in Los Angeles where he will soon be starting a position as a production assistant at Fox Sports.

RYDER MCDANIEL ‘19 Ryder is a Theatre Major and Dance Minor at Northwestern University where he was accepted to the Musical Theatre Certificate Program. He was cast as the lead role of Victor in Nemesis for the Northwestern 2021 New Play Festival, and a supporting role in the American Musical Theatre Project’s Sean’s Story . Ryder loves performing and learning in such a vibrant, creative environment. Ryder currently runs a theater start-up, the Los Angeles Theatre Initiative, with fellow alumna Fiona McGrath ’18 . They are dedicated to taking shows to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

VIOLET LEWIS ‘19 Violet currently lives in Boston and attends Berklee College of Music. While quarantining in Los Angeles and working at Laurel Canyon Country Store, she got inspired by its history of being an old meet-up spot for rockers such as Jim Morrison, Frank Zappa, and Joni Mitchell and started spending time writing songs and playing the guitar. Violet released her first single “Augustine” this past August, followed by her single “Fake Nails,” both of which can be found on any music streaming platform. Violet spent the summer finalizing her upcoming releases, gigging and playing guitar in LA-band Urns & Argyles.

FIONA MCGRATH ‘18 Fiona is currently a senior at Muhlenberg College where she’s studying Acting and Directing. She recently studied abroad at Theatre Academy London. Over the past few years, Fiona has been cast in several departmental productions at Muhlenberg. She plans to enroll in a yearlong Business of Entertainment program at UCLA next fall. Fiona is directing a production of Too Much Light Makes the Baby Go Blind, which she will be taking to Edinburgh,
