4. Go to the Anaconda environments page (left sidebar of Anaconda.Navigator). Click on the channel “PlantCV” and after Anaconda switches to the plantcv channel, look for a play symbol next to plantcv and open Jupyter Notebook as shown in Figure 36.

PlantCV works by using image color spaces. An image that starts in the RGB (red-green-blue) color space is converted to different color spaces such as HSV and Lab to begin segmenting out the object from the background. PlantCV was tested on a representative image taken on July 7, 2021, as shown in Figure 37.
