This will create two files: Test single value traits.csv and Test multivaluetraits.csv. Single value traits are where the data is a single measurement, such as the area of the object, and multi-value traits are where the measurement is not a single number, such as color values or x, y coordinates. At this point in time, the csv files were generated, however, they contained headings only and no data. 4.2.4.3 Analyze Multiple Objects in One Image The work described above finds the sum of the area of all objects in the image. Multiple objects in one image can be individually separated out using several PlantCV functions. To calculate the area of individual objects in one image, rows and columns are created and colors assigned to fragments as shown in Figure 47.
