Sarah Shindler Sarah Shindler is an 18 year old student currently living in Los Angeles, California. She considers herself to be a foodie, friend, learner, daughter, dog lover, and advocate for anything and everything she believes in. Her passions include food, art, travelling, and community service. These passions have always played a prominent role in Sarah’s life and will continue to as she ventures off to college in the fall. Grayson Small Grayson Small was born May 6 th , 1999. He grew up in Venice Beach, California, and spent his childhood playing music and reading. He has always been curious about the unknown, especially when it comes to conspiracy theories. Grayson enjoys long walks on the beach and fancy dinners. Miana Smith Miana Smith is an “engineer” with almost a high school degree. She has a moderate level of interest in the following things: blue footed boobies, duck- billed platypuses, and feminism. One of those interests is explored here (hint: which one doesn’t lay eggs, probably?). Ms. Smith chose to write about a topic she likes through a TV show she likes because she though it would make the writing process easier. It did not. Sophie Smith Sophie Smith is a passionate young adult who loves spending time with her friends and exploring LA. This is one of Sophie’s first published pieces and frankly she’s a little bit nervous about it. She will be attending New York University in the fall of 2017. She enjoys creating art and watching movies. Selma Spath Selma Spath is freshly legal (18 as of April 8th). She likes to travel and immerse herself in local culture. Her goal in life is to make money so that she can continue to travel and explore different cultures. She does not plan on making all this money by writing (it’s not her biggest strength). Max Spitz Max Spitz has been at Wildwood since 9th grade. He previously attended The Willows Community School for middle school and Canfield Elementary School.
