same internal and external IP addresses could be used for the FTP, and ssh access as long as port 22 was directed to the pi at the router. 3.3 Connecting Remotely The Raspberry Pi is a single board computer, meaning the circuit board that houses all the computer’s components is roughly the size of a credit card. A monitor (via micro HDMI), keyboard and mouse (both USB) can be connected to the Pi to allow for interfacing and data collection observations. These materials were supplied by WISRD and set up in the Mariner Marine Laboratory (Figure 12). The monitor, a Samsung Syncmaster 2233, connection had to be established through an VGA to HDMI adapter.
